A $3,500 grant from the Foundation to Imagine Performing Arts will allow IPA to bring summer activities to the Summer Discover kids program and other children’s theater activities. The grant funds will be used for the Summer Discovery programs, a fall interactive production, and a summer reader’s theater. This fall IPA will host an interactive fractured fairy tale event. IPA will distribute more information as the dates for the events draw closer.
Helping organizations like IPA provide quality programming is the Foundation’s priority. This $3,500 grant will give local youth the opportunity to take part in and enjoy theater programming throughout 2018. Funding for IPA was granted through our Community IMPACT endowment, the Foundation’s largest unrestricted fund. Gifts to the Community IMPACT endowment are the most important gifts to the Community Foundation. They give the Community Foundation the ultimate flexibility to seize opportunities and address unforeseen challenges as they arise.
